As an essential business, we remain in full operation to deliver the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service you have come to expect and have technicians available 24/7. In so doing, our primary concern is the health and safety of our customers and employees; therefore we have implemented the following:
- All of our employees are being monitored on a daily basis. If any of them show any signs of illness they are being required to seek medical attention, and stay home until their medical professional deems it safe to return to work. Our technicians use disposable, protective gloves and wear their masks when performing services in your home.
- In an effort to follow the social distancing practices issued by the CDC, we have instituted a no-contact policy and keep six feet distance at all times.
- Until further notice, invoices will be either e-mailed, or mailed via US postal service with payment due 30 days from invoice date. Payment can be made with either check or credit card.
As we continue to serve you, we ask that if you, or any household member, has been exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19 virus, please inform our office prior to our technician visiting your home so that we can help ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees.
